‘Tis the season for pumpkin everything!

I found this month’s mask in the current “Willow and Sage” magazine. This magazine is all about making your own homemade products by using nature’s goodies. Check out the full issue here👉🏼https://stampington.com/Willow-and-Sage-Autumn-2017

Antioxidant-Packed Pumpkin Seed Face Mask🎃  by Kate Bello

You will need:

1/4 cup of raw pumpkin seeds

Filtered water

1/4 TB. raw honey

1/4 TB. bentonite clay powder

Let’s make it:

Cover the pumpkin seeds with filtered water and let soak overnight.  ( This is a perfect way to use your leftover pumpkin seeds after carving your pumpkin!) Rinse the seeds. Place the seeds and 1/2 cup of filtered water in a blender until you have a paste consistency. Mix 1/4 TB of pumpkin paste, honey and clay powder together. Apply the mask to your face until dry. Rinse off with warm water.

This mask will stimulate blood circulation, clean out dirt and oil and soften your sweet skin.

The best part is the excess pumpkin seed paste can be used in smoothies! It stays fresh for 2 days.
